WARRANTY

 A warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it. At JNR Roofing nothing is more important to us than the longevity of your roof. In the first 10 years if you have any issues, leaks or missing shingles that are due to faulty installation it will be repaired at no charge. 

 Too often we are contacted by homeowners with a roof less than 15 years already looking for a roof replacement. It is usually due to prior poor craftsmanship and not having the roof maintained and inspected through out the years. We feel a roof replacement should be a one - time investment for your home.

 That is why we ask all of our customers that get a roof replacement to call us no later than 3 years after installation to schedule a complimentary roof inspection ($99 value). We will come out and inspect for any damage from storms, material shrinkage and manufacture defects.
